De la partition originelle du Quatuor N\u00b015 Opus 132 en la mineur de Beethoven, <em>Danza Permanente<\/em> ne fait entendre aucune note. Quatre danseurs incarnent la structure musicale, le comportement et la rythmique du chef-d\u2019\u0153uvre tardif du compositeur devenu sourd. Chacun des interpr\u00e8tes prend ainsi en charge la partition des deux violons, de l\u2019alto et du violoncelle. Ils se saisissent des cinq mouvements contrast\u00e9s du quatuor, \u00e0 la fois instruments et interpr\u00e8tes, donnant \u00e0 voir une nouvelle abstraction qui suscite d\u2019autres \u00e9motions, sensations et pens\u00e9es. Sa pratique artistique actuelle trouve son \u00e9quilibre entre l&#8217;exploration du corps sensible, de la pens\u00e9e et du langage. Elle cherche \u00e0 encourager l&#8217;autonomie du public dans la r\u00e9ception et la transmission de ses \u0153uvres. La relation avec le son, la lumi\u00e8re, l&#8217;objet, comme des mati\u00e8res presque linguistiques sont souvent des moteurs pour ses cr\u00e9ations.<\/p>\n<p>Zeena Parkins<br \/>\nZeena Parkins est multi-instrumentiste, compositrice, improvisatrice, artiste sonore. Reconnue comme l\u2019une des pionni\u00e8res de la harpe \u00e9lectrique, elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9tendu le vocabulaire de la harpe acoustique gr\u00e2ce l\u2019utilisation inventive de techniques de jeu inhabituelles, pr\u00e9parations et couches de traitement num\u00e9rique et analogique.
